Poem:Sisterly Love By LaDonna Pelt
Our sisterly love
So proud and true
Nothing could break it
Not even death
Our sisterly love
So honest and pure
How we stood together
We always did
Against the world
You went away
Heartache hovers
But soon
A blessing that is
Blossomed into
A new outlook
Of something great
Through someone of you
As he walks with us
We see you
It shines so bright
Brighter than the sun and stars
A glimpse of you
Our sisterly love
Our bond of us three
It brings you back
Where now tears have fallen
As we think of you
Smiles, now come
Only to realize
That through this little boy
This is true
He brings you us
Our sisterly love
For as long as he grows
You will forever be with us
