David was privileged to share his journey with his devoted wife, Myong Sun Kelly, whom he cherished for forty-two years in Port St. Joe, Florida. Their enduring partnership was one built on mutual respect, love, and unwavering support, serving as a testament to the power of companionship. Together, they nurtured a family that he was immensely proud of, leaving behind a legacy through his son, Jack David Kelly of Kenosha, Wisconsin; two daughters, Linda Maloney of Panama City, Florida, and Melissa Rupp of Burlington, Wisconsin; as well as three siblings—Michael Kelly of Altoona, Pennsylvania, and Abby McGinnis and Margaret Kelly of Seward, Pennsylvania. Additionally, David adored his four grandchildren, Justin Hoffmann, Nicole Wedige, Olivia Kelly, and Jackson Kelly, and his five great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Peyton, Weston, Lydia, and Hunter, who will forever be touched by his wisdom and love.
David was preceded in death by his father, David Elliott Kelly Sr., and his mother, Evelyn Walsh Kelly, who lovingly guided his early years and instilled in him the values that he carried throughout his life. His passing is a profound loss, yet his spirit and accomplishments will forever inspire those he leaves behind.
