Debbie K. Nesemeier

Debbie K. Nesemeier ended her battle with cancer on Monday, December 20, 2021 at her home in St. Joe Beach, Florida at the age of 56. She was born in Monroe, WI, and spent her childhood on her grandparents' farm with her favorite Aunt Chris. After moving to Freeport, IL, Debbie met the love of her life, Scott, and started a family. She had a love for animals, Hallmark Christmas movies, and music. Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and friends. During the holidays, Debbie would spend hours preparing for large gatherings. Debbie loved vacationing at the beach and became a full-time resident of St. Joe Beach, Florida in 2018. She adored her husband, children, and grandchildren. At the end of her life, Debbie was surrounded by her husband of thirty-five years, Scott Nesemeier; and children: Kristen and husband Josh, Brandon and wife Alicia, Darren, Jonathon and partner Sydni, Kaitlyn, and her puppy, Lexie. Debbie is survived by her husband, children, parents, siblings, friends, MetLife family, and four precious grandchildren: Lillian, Jude, Alex, and Rylie. Private family services will be held in Illinois. Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
