Keith Millender

Charles Keith Millender age 68, lifelong resident of Eastpoint, Florida passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 in Panama City, Florida. He was born on December 9, 1953 in Carrabelle, Florida to the late Charles Bertell Millender and Evelyn Lucy Nell Shiver. Keith spent his life on the water, fishing, oystering, crabbing, and shrimping. He was known for being a simple man with a big heart who loved Jesus. Keith always took care of the less fortunate and would give you the shirt off of his back. He enjoyed watching westerns and could quote them line by line. He was preceded in death by his parents. Keith is survived by one son, Charles Howard Millender and wife Cindy Lou of Panama City, Florida; one daughter, Heather Amanda Millender of Eastpoint, Florida; three brothers, Edie Joe Lindsay and wife Donna of Apalachicola, Florida, Tony Millender of Eastpoint, Florida, Travis Millender and wife Caramelle of Eastpoint, Florida; two sisters, Phyllis Simmons and husband Robert of Tallahassee, Florida, Dalene King and husband Eugene of Eastpoint, Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the Eastpoint Cemetery pavilion at 11:00 A.M. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at the cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
