Lawesla Deanne Matlock

Lawesla Deanne Matlock age 42 of Wewahichka, Florida passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at her residence . She was born in Carbondale, Illinois on February 4, 1980 and spent her life there until 2012. Lawesla doted on her grandchildren and loved her family dearly. A favorite past time of hers, was fishing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Schultz and one grandson, Vaughn.

Lawesla is surived by her husband of sixteen years, John; mother, Sona Reymer Matlock; children, Zaydah, Zaylhan, Miyah, and Meyah; one brother, Stant Schultz; grandchildren, Marcie, Granier, Paisley, and Paxton.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, Florida.
