Mark "Runt" Wayne Moses

Mark Wayne Moses affectionately known as “Runt” passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the age of 58. He was born in Port St Joe, Florida on November 4, 1963 to the late George Lovett and Glenda Joyce Moses. Runt was a lifelong resident of Apalachicola, Florida and was of the Christian Faith. He worked for Duke Energy as a lineman and retired as a supervisor after 38 years . Runt was a true outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing. He was a hard worker and dedicated to his family. Runt will be remembered as a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He was preceded death by his father George Lovett Moses Runt is survived by his wife of 30 years Deborah Moses of Apalachicola, Florida; three sons, Marcus Moses (Ashley) of Apalachicola, Florida, Chandler Moses (Jessica) of Apalachicola, Florida, and Tanner Moses (Kara) of Eastpoint, Florida; one inherited son, Ryan Howe (Amy) of Lutz, Florida; eleven grandchildren, Kylie, Baylie, Paisley, Khloee, Corbin, Adley, Marron, Kade, Kove, Max, and Axel; mother, Glenda Joyce Moses of Apalachicola, Florida; two sisters, Tammy Cline of Apalachicola, Florida and Tonia Johnson of Georgia. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Living Waters Assembly of God in Apalachicola, Florida with Pastor Scotty Lolley officiating. A private family burial will follow at Runt’s home. Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
