Melissa "Missy" Renee Mcclain

Melissa Renee McClain, affectionately known as Missy, age 56 of Eastpoint, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at her residence. She was born on May 20, 1966 in Carrabelle, Florida and spent her life in Franklin County. Missy enjoyed making crafts with shells and helping her husband at his shop. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Jewel Hicks. Missy is survived by her loving husband of thirty-six years Scott McClain; her father, Carl Rickard; one daughter, Megan Renee McClain all of Eastpoint, Florida; one sister, Alicia Odom (Charles) of Hosford, Florida; two aunts, Lois Tucker of New York and Margaret Reeder of Eastpoint, Florida. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 P.M. EST, on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Eastpoint Cemetery 2022 with Pastor Scott Shiver officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
