Michael Anthony Roemer

Michael Anthony Roemer, age 63, of Wewahitchka, FL, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022. He was born April 4, 1959, to the late William F. Roemer, Jr. and Jo Ann Taunton Roemer. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Andrew Roemer, and by wives Karen Roemer and Debbie Roemer. He is survived by his brother, Gary Alan Roemer (Ann Hodges), of Wewahitchka, FL, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Michael was a unique soul; all who knew him would agree. He may have gone against the grain of society, but he would give you the shirt off his back. His passion in life was THE SWAMP. Sometimes he would go alone, to camp, or sometimes it would be with old friends. He fit right in with nature. Another passion was motorcycles. Along with his brother Gary, they would venture out together. That really brightened Michael's world. It helped him forget the constant pain he battled everyday.
