Peggy Louise Adams

Peggy Louise Adams age 84 of Mexico Beach, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 in Panama City, Florida. She was born on August 27, 1938 in Mingo County, West Virginia to the late Theodore Moore and Ida Star Moore. Peggy spent most of her life in Kentucky where she worked as a cook for various schools and restaurants. She moved to Mexico Beach thirty years ago with her husband and was part of the local Turtle Patrol. Peggy loved yard work, gardening, and crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.

Peggy is survived by her loving husband of thirty-five years, Jody Adams of Mexico Beach, Florida; six sons, Will Fultz of Cannonsburg, Kentucky, Glenn Fultz and wife Connie of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, Ken Fultz and wife Lydia of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, Dale Fultz of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, Michael Fultz of Port St. Joe, Florida, Mark Fultz and wife Melissa of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; two step-sons, Tim Adams and wife Sharon of Gainesville, Florida and Shaun Adams of Panama City, Florida; one brother, Glenn “Butch” Moore and wife Wilma of Cannonsburg, Kentucky; two sisters, Betty Johnson and husband Earl of Gary, Indiana and Barbara Moore of Hammond, Indiana. Peggy is also survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Comforter Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.. Services in Catletssburg, Kentucky are incomplete and will be announced .

Local arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
