Shirley Maurice Robb

Shirley Maurice Robb age 81 of Panama City, Florida passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. She was born in Bay County on November 3, 1941 to the late Benjamin Murrell and Myrtle Bray Murrell. Shirley worked many years at Tyndall Air Force Base as a chef. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy and was an avid reader. Shirley loved her children and grandchildren so much and the time she spent with them.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Ronald Godwin and Gary Robb; one grandson, Lee Walker; one sister, Evon Owens, and one brother, Benny Murrell.

Shirley is survived by four children, Carol Garner (Bobby Barlow) of Wewahitchka, Florida, Rhonda DiFlaminies (James DiFlaminies) of Wewahitchka, Florida, Teresa Sholtz (Terry Chatham) of Panama City, Florida, and David Godwin of Panama City, Florida; two sisters, Montene Robbins and Carloyn Carnley both of Panama City, Florida; eleven grandchildren, Zachary Godwin (Sam), Allison Morris (Robbie), Tyler Lewis (Erica), Christina Mata (Joey), Jennifer Adams (Jeffrey), James DiFlaminies Jr. (Becca), Jarod Sholtz (Hannah), Tara Sholtz, Marissa Perkins (Steve), Mandi Caliedo (Sani) and Tiffany Godwin. She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren and two great great grandchild. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Central Time on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Cypress Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Kinard, Florida.
