Steven Ike "Lz" Collinsworth

Steven Ike Collinsworth , also known as LZ, passed away peacefully at his home on April 15, 2024 at the age of 52.

Steven was born on June 15, 1971 to the late Brenda Iona Hayes and Rubin Dale Collinsworth. He was a lifelong resident of Gulf County.

He leaves behind his spouse of thirty years, Annie Sykes; two children, Michael Collinsworth and Monica Collinsworth (Iggy); brothers, James “Croaker” Smith, Bruce Smith, Jack Collinsworth, Lee Collinsworth (Reba) and Timmy Hayes; two grandchildren, Willow Cerny and Stevie Emilia Cerny; step father, Robert Hayes and two twin boys he helped raise, Noah and Jeremiah Perterson.

Memorialization will be by cremation. No services are planned at this time.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, Florida.
