Vanessa Boulton Carlow

Vanessa Boulton (Drummond) Carlow was born in Washington DC on Valentine's Day in 1957. She died at the age of 65 on February 9, 2025 in Port St. Joe FL following a long illness.

Vanessa is survived by her son, Charles Clinton Carlow (Charlie), who lives in Calloway, FL. She is also survived by her sister, Sonia Drummond (Douglas Jones), her brother, Rex Drummond,and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carlow (Duffy) and her niece, Abigail Buchanan.

She loved animals and was a talented watercolorist. Vanessa was a terrific friend and will be greatly missed.

Vanessa will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery alongside her husband, Robert Carlow.

Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, Florida.
