William Harold Jenson

William Harold Jenson age 73 formerly of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away at his home in Overstreet, Florida on Monday, January 10, 2022. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 28, 1948 to the late Harold Dow Jenson and Joyce Hope Wood Jenson. Bill was a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served 4 tours in the Vietnam War. After his military career, Bill worked at Thermastat Plastic Non Lords Corporations for 30+ years before retiring. Bill was very musically talented and had a great eye for good food and an excellent cook. Bill loved to be in the sun whenever possible and loved fishing and adventuring. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, William E. Jenson; one brother, Robert M. Jenson, and one nephew, Tony A. Jenson. Bill is survived by his daughter, Katina Jenson of Florida; four grandchildren, Ciearra Jenson, Tony Jenson, Jozlyn Jenson, and Jason Davis, all of Indiana. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and a niece, Rebecca L. Ferris and husband Bruce of Florida. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time under the pavilion at Holly Hill Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are entrusted to the caring staff of Comforter Funeral Home in Port St. Joe, FL.
